Is there anyway to run gwdatbrowser on a machine that doesn't have GW installed on it?

I have moved my gw.dat file, and gwdatbrowser to a machine that doesnt have GW just to be safe. Even in the same directory and passing gw.dat as an argument it doesn't pick it up.

Its alot simpler than that. People just like and prefer pictures and colors over boring text. I know I do. :P
